Location: Phoenix, AZ

Were a small but mighty design studio with offices inDowntown Phoenix, Dallas, and Helsinki, and were on the lookout for aProject Architectwith around810 years of experienceto join our team.
Our work leans avant-garde, with a focus onmixed-use,multifamily,hospitality, andcommercialprojects bothlocally and internationally. Were serious about design, obsessed with detail, and always up for pushing boundaries. If you thrive in creative environments, love solving technical puzzles, and know your way around a full drawing set, keep reading. What You'll be Doing
• Taking the lead on projects from early design through CDs and CA
• Producing top-tier drawing sets Revit mastery is a must
• Crafting crisp, clearconstruction detailsand managing project teams
• Coordinating with cities and agencies forentitlements, zoning, design review, and permits
• Navigatingbuilding code and ADAlike a pro
• Working closely with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the process
What we're looking for
• 810 years of experienceworking on complex architectural projects
• High-level Revit skills(seriously, youll be using it daily)
• Strong technical chops and an eye for clean detailing
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff
• A solid understanding of how buildings come together and how to document that
• Comfort withconstruction administration youre not afraid to get your boots dirty
• Someone who can hold their own in meetings with city officials, plan reviewers, and consultants
• Bonus points if youve worked on international projects (but not required)
