We are looking for a Project Advisor to join our purpose driven, Financial Business Performance Group / Whakatutukinga Ahumoni me te Pakihi. He angitutanga: What will you be doing?
You'll play a key role in connecting teams and enabling informed decision-making through high-quality project and governance support.
Provide oversight, advice, and reporting on TEC's project portfolio.
Prepare governance reports and share insights from project meetings.
Track project benefits and support continuous improvement of project processes.
Strengthen and support TEC's governance framework.
He korero mou: What will you bring to the role?
Experience in an EPMO or PMO environment, with a solid understanding of project management frameworks.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TechOne is a bonus.
A flexible, collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
