Role : Project Admin, Event Coordination & Marketing
Experience : 2-3 yrs
Location: Nawalgarh, Rajasthan
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 per month

The Anandilal Podar Trust is a prestigious Trust with a glorious past of 100 years. The trust runs schools and colleges from KG to PG having more than 3500 students.
Job Summary:
The candidate will be reporting to Project head for our International Student projects and coordinate with various stakeholders. Also handle events conducted for students. Preferably have experience in Secretarial & coordination work in Educational Institutes
Job Description:
· General Coordination with institutes, students and related entities.
· Organize files, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and support other staff.
· Event related coordination with event management company, Media teams and students
· Assisting and Reporting to Project Head/ Director
Requirements:
· 2- 3 Yrs relevant experience is preferable
· Graduate degree is must.
· Good Computer Proficiency
· Basic understanding of design software like Canva
· Marketing knowledge to create materials and ad hoc content for social media
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi. Rajasthani will be added advantage.
