Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in office)
We are seeking a Programmer/Analyst to start immediately in our Bedford, Nova Scotia office. You will work with experienced developers to design, customize, and enhance software solutions to help our clients across North America and Europe operate more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customizing systems based on clients’ requests - including design, programming, and user training.
Establish and maintain strong communication with our clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Support and troubleshoot all versions of our application.
Identify opportunities to enhance the product and contribute ideas to our R&D team.
Develop a working understanding of our network environment and integrations.
Acting as a resource for clients and colleagues.
Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning and professional development
Required:
Recognized degree or diploma in an IT-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development in a Windows operating system environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and time-management skills
