Job Title: Programme Officer – Operations
Department: Program Implementation
Reports To: Program Manager / Director – Operations
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary:
The Programme Officer – Operations will play a key role in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of programs, primarily in the areas of Education, Health, and CSR-funded initiatives. The role requires coordination with multiple stakeholders, including implementation partners, government officials, donors, and community leaders, ensuring projects are executed effectively and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee field-level implementation of education, health, and CSR-supported projects as per agreed plans and timelines.
Coordinate with donors, partners, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of program deliverables.
Prepare implementation plans, activity calendars, and budgets in consultation with internal teams.
Monitor project progress and conduct regular field visits to assess the quality and impact of interventions.
Ensure timely data collection, documentation, and analysis for reporting and learning purposes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports, case studies, and success stories.
Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and stakeholders to align project goals and ensure policy compliance.
Support in proposal writing, presentations, and donor communication for existing and upcoming projects.
Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, MoUs, and donor agreements.
Identify challenges and recommend timely solutions to enhance program efficiency and impact.
Provide support in organizing capacity-building programs, workshops, and events related to project themes.
Qualifications Experience:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, Education, or related fields.
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in program implementation, with strong exposure to Education, Health, and CSR-driven projects.
Proven ability to manage field operations and multi-stakeholder engagement.
Strong project management, documentation, and reporting skills.
Good command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); working knowledge of MIS systems is a plus.
Ability to travel to field locations frequently.
Preferred:
Prior experience working in or with NGOs, development agencies, or CSR foundations.
Familiarity with donor reporting formats and government schemes related to education and health.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
