Program Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Program Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Program Specialist will support the design, coordination, and execution of academic and executive education programs, ensuring smooth delivery and high participant satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling sessions, liaising with faculty, speakers, and participants, and managing classroom and logistical arrangements. The role involves monitoring program progress, collecting and analyzing feedback, preparing reports, and recommending improvements. The Program Specialist will also handle participant communication, respond to queries, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service and quality standards.
Qualifications
• Strong program management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of multiple programs and activities.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, track program performance, and generate concise reports and insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with faculty, participants, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in training coordination or support, including managing sessions, materials, and participant engagement.
• Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with learning management or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment and adapt to changing program needs.
