Program Scheduler

Permanent full time, 35 hours per week
Salary range from $97,348.35 to $105,376.59 + 12% Superannuation
Flexible work arrangements and generous leave provisions
This is an exciting and newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and establish the systems, processes and reporting frameworks that support program delivery across the Central Presentation and Preparedness section.

About the role:
Play a key role in keeping programs on track by coordinating schedules, monitoring milestones, and driving reporting across the Central Presentation and Preparedness section. You'll manage and enhance scheduling, reporting and visual management systems, develop smarter tools and workflows, maintain Visual Management Centre (VMC) processes, and deliver meaningful dashboards and insights. Working closely with leaders, ICT and data teams, you'll improve data quality, identify process efficiencies, support system users, and help ensure priorities are delivered on time through strong coordination, transparency and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

Relevant experience in program or project scheduling, coordination, systems administration and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to maintain current systems and develop improved processes, tools or workflows that enhance transparency and efficiency.
Proficiency in using Microsoft products, including Excel, Power BI and other reporting or scheduling tools.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate schedules and meet deadlines.
Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain systems, processes and reporting requirements to a range of users.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, process improvement and operational efficiency.
Current Class C drivers licence.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
