Role Description
Word of Mouth Media is seeking a full-time Program Manager - Internal Communication position to be located at our Chennai office with some flexibility for remote work.
• The Program Manager - Internal Communication will be responsible for managing and leading the internal communication programs for our Fortune 500, large multi national client and ensuring that all communication is consistent and aligned with company values and goals.
• We are looking for a person who has expertise in Internal and Corporate Communication with a proven background of working in a Creative Agency.
• They will also be responsible for developing communication strategies and executing them across various channels, as well as continuously improving these communication programs. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop and implement effective internal communication programs.
• We require someone who has excellent self leadership skills and can take on projects independently and execute.
• Immediate joiners poreferred.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in internal communication with a deep understanding of internal communication strategies and techniques
• Deep Understanding of Corporate Communication and Content Strategy related to Internal Communication for large Multi National Organization.
• Flair in interpreting and creating briefs and crafting a plan to execute the brief as well as create the content.
• Great relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in handling and executing creative briefs and independence in creating and executing content related to internal corporate communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience managing and leading communication programs, including developing communication strategies and executing them across various channels, with proven success in improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging best practices in internal communications
