Role Overview
We're looking for a Program Manager who will own the full lifecycle of key client accounts from day-to-day relationship management to identifying and executing growth opportunities within existing accounts. This is a client-facing, revenue-influencing role that combines program/project management discipline with commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted, senior-level relationships
• Own account health: track deliverables, timelines, and outcomes across cross-functional teams (delivery, content, tech)
• Identify and drive account expansion opportunities upsell, cross-sell, and scope growth within existing client relationships
• Prepare and deliver regular account progress reviews (QBRs/MBRs) to clients, articulating value delivered and strategic recommendations
• Translate client goals into internal execution plans; coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Build and present business cases, proposals, and account growth plans to both clients and internal leadership
• Monitor account-level metrics (retention, satisfaction, revenue growth) and proactively flag risks or opportunities
• Represent Marconpra's strengths and value proposition confidently in client-facing settings, including senior stakeholder meetings
• Support new business conversations within existing accounts, working closely with leadership on commercial strategy
• Contribute to account documentation, case studies, and internal knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Attributes
• 7–8 years of experience in program/project management, account management, or client servicing roles ideally in B2B consulting, IT services, or professional services environments
• Proven track record of growing or expanding client accounts (revenue growth, scope expansion, renewal success)
• Strong executive presence comfortable presenting to CXO-level client stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build compelling narratives around progress and value
• Strong stakeholder management skills both client-side and cross-functional internal teams
• Structured, organized approach to managing multiple accounts/programs simultaneously
• Commercial mindset understands account P&L, growth levers, and how to spot expansion opportunities
• Comfortable working with global clients, especially exposure to Japanese or other international markets is a plus
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/project tracking systems
Education
• B.Tech (any specialization) + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute)
