We’re looking for a Program Change Manager to lead the change management efforts for our Regulatory Uplifts Program—a multi-stream transformation initiative designed to ensure our business stays ahead of evolving regulatory requirements. This is a 12 month contract with a day rate of $1,200 - $1,300 depending on experience.

As the Program Change Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind how we plan, deliver, and embed change across the organisation. Your mission: ensure regulatory changes are understood, adopted, and sustained with minimal disruption and maximum impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Change Planning: Define current vs. future state, assess impacts, and prepare the business for change.
Change Delivery: Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and adoption activities.
Coaching: Support and guide leaders and teams through the change journey.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships, tailor messaging, and secure buy-in across all levels.
Governance Reporting: Monitor readiness, manage risks, and report on change health and progress.

Experience Needed:

4–5+ years of experience in program-level change management.
Familiarity with change and project methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Agile, Waterfall).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and coach senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
A mindset of adaptability, empathy, and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in regulatory or compliance-driven environments.
PROSCI or PCI Change Management certification.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
