Professional Video Editor

We’re hiring a Social Media Editor at Innov8tive Media! Based in the Fairfield County area (near Trumbull, CT), this part-time role could grow into full-time. Pay is $25/hour. We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of editing experience, proficient in CapCut, to collaborate in person at our Trumbull office. You'll expedite edits across multiple accounts. Responsibilities

Edit engaging social media content 15- 30 second Videos for social media.
Manage social media scheduling and publishing through applications such as Metricool, Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Engage with followers by managing community interactions, responding promptly to comments or inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with audiences.
Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in Capcut
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Metrical, Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
Ability to produce engaging multimedia content including videos (video editing skills preferred), photography, and graphics tailored for various platforms.
Strong understanding of social listening tools to monitor trends and audience feedback effectively.
Pay: $24.51 - $29.52 per hour
