About the Role
VJC Painting is a leading painting company in Perth, WA, seeking skilled painters to join our team. As a painter and decorator, you will work on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Perth Metro area.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare walls and surfaces for painting
• Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces by brush, roller, and spray
• Mix paint to achieve the right color or texture
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect them
• Smooth surfaces and remove old paint if necessary
• Follow safety procedures appropriately
• Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and other trades
• Manage time well and problem-solve independently

Requirements
• Valid C-class driver's license
• Basic tools (including drop sheets, step ladder, preparation tools etc)
• Fluent English vocabulary (communication with team clients is crucial)
• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in an equivalent role
