OFSS Consulting is part of Financial Services Global unit and provides a variety of consulting services covering new implementations, upgrades, Customization and Managed services for a variety of Industry leading products like FLEXCUBE, DIGIX Oracle Digital Banking experience, Analytics, Pricing and Billing, Leasing and Lending and Oracle Banking Products covering Retail, Corporate, Investment and Wealth and Private banking domains.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Production support processes and tools
• Product Implementation & Support.
• Should be able to contribute independently
Adherence to Oracle internal processes
Desired Candidate Profile
• Good knowledge of production support processes and experience in production support for core banking systems
• L2 support monitoring and debugging tools and processes, preparing incident reports, reading logs, taking backups, writing queries, preparing shell scripts, cron jobs, Exposure to tools like ELK, Grafana, Kibana, App dynamics
• Working Knowledge of J2EE, XML, JSON, ORM, JSP/Servlet, Hibernate, Webservices, PL, SQL
• Experience in Product Implementation and Support and fixing.
• Experience in core banking support and fixing -especially FLEXCUBE (Retail, Corporate, Net-banking, OBP) or similar core banking will be a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Working in shifts and weekends
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation skills will be plus
Others:
• Willingness to travel Onsite to Customer site at Mumbai, Kanjurmarg
• Exposure to Junit, JMeter, Eclipse, GIT, Jira, Ant, Unix Shell scripting
• Exposure to Application servers WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss
• Exposure to middleware concepts JMS, MQ, OSB
• Exposure to Security concepts PKI, SSO, SAML
