Production Print & Embroidery Operator
Location: Kalher

Role Type: Ground Staff – Production
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Production Operator to work across garment customization and finishing processes including Sublimation, DTF Printing, Embroidery and Hotfix/Rhinestone application.
The role is primarily execution-focused and requires someone who is hands-on, disciplined, detail-oriented and willing to learn multiple production processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate sublimation, DTF printing, embroidery and hotfix/rhinestone machines as required.
• Prepare garments and materials for production.
• Follow artwork, placement and production instructions accurately.
• Ensure correct positioning, size, colour and finishing of designs.
• Perform basic machine setup, loading/unloading and routine maintenance.
• Check finished garments for print, embroidery or rhinestone quality.
• Identify defects and report issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area.
• Track completed production and update basic production records.
• Follow production timelines and daily targets.
• Handle garments carefully to avoid damage, stains or defects.
• Work closely with the design and production team to execute samples and bulk orders.
Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in garment printing, embroidery, DTF, sublimation, hotfix or similar production work.
• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn can apply.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with machines and repetitive production tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
• Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
