Job Description

Custom rubber compounding and mixing facility has been providing high quality compounds and service for half a century. We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of great attendance who are willing to work in a dirty manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Include:
• Palletizing Rubber
• Cross-training in batching, mill helper (unloading rubber after being mixed)
• Need to be open to being crossed trained
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed

This is a fully on-site position in Corvallis, Oregon.

Work Environment

Very dirty facility due to the production process of making rubber. Contractors will be exposed to rubber 'dust' and will have it on their clothes by the end of the day. The facility consists of three buildings where individuals will work at stations but as a team to accomplish the day's work.
