This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and lead a team towards efficient manufacturing. This role demands a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities and familiarity with industry best practices.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in quality control processes, ensuring products meet industry and customer standards (Mandatory skill).Proficiency in material resource planning (MRP) to optimize supply chain and production (Mandatory skill).Strong understanding of fabrication techniques within the modular furniture sector (Mandatory skill).Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Proficient in CAD software for design and blueprint creation to ensure precise manufacturing.Project management skills to lead complex projects from inception to completion within budget and on time.Familiarity with ERP systems to streamline operations and improve data transparency across departments.Capability in production scheduling to maximize throughput and ensure timely delivery of products.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire production process of modular furniture to ensure quality standards and efficiency.Lead a team of production staff, providing direction, support, and performance evaluation.Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing outcomes and cost-effectiveness.Coordinate with the design team to facilitate seamless product development and innovation.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment.Monitor and manage production timelines in collaboration with supply chain partners.Identify areas for process improvements and drive initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations.Liaise with stakeholders across various levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
