Job Summary
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals for the role of Technical Manager. Successful candidates will be experienced programmers who can develop user stories, develop test cases, break down, design, and develop solutions in an environment with constant collaborative discussions along with Product owners and Country users. They will be matured individuals who are comfortable working in an agile environment with critical peer reviews of design and code. They will have experience with taking code through testing, deployment, and production.

guide the other team members both functional and technical support.
handled the team on need basis.
need to work as a Squad lead.
perform the code review and support the delivery timelines

People Talent
Provide the guidance to team both functional and technical.
Responsible for Entire Feature and will be full time member of the Scrum Team

Risk Management
Complete the E-learning on time.
Highlights the risk involved during the development stage.

Regulatory Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
Skills and Experience
Expected to have 7+ years of experience. Out of that, minimum of 6+ years’ experience in PEGA and others in Java / J2EE
Manage the new market rollout by managing the squad
Candidate should be PEGA CSSA certified.
Skills – PEGA Knowledge/ Functional and Technical knowledge
Be an integral Part of an Agile Scrum Team and work interactively with the team members and product owners.
Actively participate in Agile Development process and peer to peer code review sessions
Performs thorough and comprehensive peer reviews on the output of other team members in a way that identifies to the maximum extent possible issues/errors in the output
Recent experience should be in PEGA v8 and above
Work with other SCB partner systems and should be able to manage integrations using REST / SOAP
Should have knowledge on BIX
Qualifications
Education:Graduate / Post Graduate
Training: Java, Pega
Certifications : Pega Csa, Pega Cssa
Languages: English
