Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for increasing POS business in the assigned geography /cluster
- Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff regarding POS product advantages and features.
- Implement planned market activities with branch resources for lead generation/closures.
- Meet customers, understand needs, negotiate on pricing, close account opening forms.
- Complete understanding of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines etc.
- Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve their productivity and revenue.
- Ensure coordination with local service team for swift installations, activation and service TATs
- Create cross sell opportunities of other products to merchants
Preferred candidate profile:
MBA / Graduate from a reputed Institution with relevant work experience .
