Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

To work closely with wholesale Banking relationship team and provide Cash management solutions across Government / Corporate clients. To drive Transaction Banking solutions and generate Liability business for the Bank. Contribute towards CASA Balances and Fee income by scoping & targeting clients in the existing segment.

Core Responsibilities
• Generate & Grow CASA balances & FEE income.
• Scope Existing portfolio + Acquire NTB clients by providing Transaction Banking Solutions focused on Government departments\institutions.
• Knowhow of digital banking products and services.
• Providing need-based CMS product solutions (collection & payment products) for Corporate & Government Client.
• Gathering market knowledge on how segments perform to adapt to situations.
• Provide inputs on Sales and Strategy to product team for building & innovating transaction banking products & services.
• Articulate and execute business strategy covering product development & sales.
• Work in tandem with service delivery, operations, product and internal stakeholders to provide seamless solutions
• Identifying strategic alliances for delivery of innovative solutions to clients.

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
• Ensuring timely sales calls logging, Pipeline Updation and ensure NIL deferrals
• Attend Trainings for self-development, additionally contribute towards Social Media Presence & Stakeholder management.

Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
• Coordinating on aspects related to risk management and adherence to policies, framework defined by the bank and in particular relating to transaction banking group, further to be cautious before executing deals in ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory framework/ guidelines.

For coordinating on aspects related to risk management in various deals on a monthly basis to ensure adherence to risk and regulatory framework/ guidelines

For coordinating and resolving any legal aspects to ensure adherence to regulatory framework and guidelines Need basis

Product Team

For all product related queries, suggestions and also for developing particular contest to drive business numbers.

Clients/ Customers

For understanding the financial needs of the customer to provide suitable solutions and long term relationship management by driving cross sell initiatives

Dealers/ DSAs/Vendors

For building and maintaining relationships and seek out new business opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Master’s degree is preferred

Language Skills

English, Marathi and Hindi Written and spoken is essential

Years of Experience

4 - 10 years of relevant experience in Relationship management or servicing Government and corporate clients/CMS Sales or Product/Program Management with at most being in a Government Banking / Strong market understanding and understanding of CMS products (API & Digital Solution) and digital banking suite.
