About the job:

We seek a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Owner - Open Banking to lead and guide our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and especially PSD2 in Europe and Open Banking in UK as well as Open Finance. This pivotal role involves leading analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with strategic objectives of our banking and financial clients.

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations such as PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions following up implementations of those such as Berlin Group NextgenPSD2
• Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulation
• Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document impact of regulatory changes on systems processes and workflows
• Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications regulatory insights and compliance timelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives impact assessments and detailed requirement gathering
• Monitoring regulatory developments including EBA's publications to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs
• Staying updated with PSD2, PSD3 and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance
• Undertaking market research collating feature recommendations from clients and building pipeline of requirements
• Identifying market trends and opportunities in open banking and developing requirements for innovative products and services
• Providing support and guidance to presales and professional services on new system features

Requirements:
• Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment preferably within financial services
• Bachelor's Degree in IT Computer Science or relevant field
• Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must
• Experience in regulatory interpretation impact analysis and creation of traceability matrices
• Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and being involved in API integrations or implementations
• Understanding Clients use cases and advising most suitable integration practices
• Managing full implementation cycle end-to-end to point they launch
• Comfortable in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
