The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner - Open Banking with expertise in regulatory analysis and compliance. In this pivotal position, you will lead our newly established Open Banking team, focusing on PSD2 in Europe and Open Banking in the UK, as well as Open Finance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
• Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulations such as PSD2, PSD3, and Open Banking - UK.
• Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
• Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
• Monitoring regulatory developments, including the EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.

What We Are Looking For:
• Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
• Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and the creation of traceability matrices.
• Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and being involved in API integrations or implementations.
• Understanding Clients' use cases and advising most suitable integration practices.
• Managing the full implementation cycle end-to-end, to the point they launch.
• Comfortable in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
