Job Description
Manager for to help us build out the next generation of our investment strategy engine.
Sitting at the intersection of finance and technology, you will work cross functionally to scope, plan, innovate, conceptualize, design, test, communicate and roll out new capabilities to meet client needs.
You will be a leading voice in the strategy of the product and will have ownership over the various components of the offering.
You will partner with Client Service/Advisor Success and Business Development teams to gather user feedback, assess client needs, and prioritize development to drive product direction.
This role will evolve as the business develops.
This will be an exciting opportunity if you are looking to manage the evolution of the next generation wealth platform, learn about the Wealth Management industry and build experience in Product Management.
What you will do
• Focus on product management of investment strategy engine, and integration between various 3rd party platforms
• Function as the internal owner for product functionality by driving alignment between the offering and client needs
• Lead the agile scrum ceremonies as a Product Owner
• Develop a strong relationship with the tech team, partnering with them through development process and holding them accountable for committed deliverables
• Collaborate with a crossfunctional team with expertise in technology, quant research, operations and trading, marketing, and sales to create new solutions and solve unique problems
• Develop a strong relationship with Client Service and Business Development teams to define and execute deployment strategy and ensure the product supports an excellent client experience
• Incorporate feedback to improve the product
• Create detailed product documentation and ensure documentation stays current as product evolves
Who you are
• Multitasker who enjoys a fastpaced, highintensity environment and can manage multiple priorities
• Recent experience at a startup or at a highgrowth company
• An experienced product manager who has worked on multiple products from development to launch in FinTech, SaaS, or related software companies
• Enthusiasm for creating and delivering client solutions/product through wellengineered platform and processes
• Selfstarter who can operate with limited guidance

• Excellent communication and project management/communication skills
• An eye for user experience (UX) and visual design
• Experience with Agile/Scrum. Previous experience as Product Owner is important.

- - 10 years of relevant product management and/or consulting experience.
