Job Description
• Manage day to day functioning of Product aspects for Retail Lending Products.
• Launch new product/variants as per the bank strategy. Review the existing products/variants on defined frequency.
• Develop and execute all product related performance matrices and streamline the data flow concerns if any in all the products handled.
• Portfolio monitoring on regular basis to track the achievement towards the defined targets.
• Work with the functions such as Sales, Operations, Policy, Credit, Legal, Compliance, IT teams in developing and executing the product related aspects such as processes, regulatory compliance, product kits, risk policy review, rewards & recognition etc.
• Use of technology in current product/process to reduce errors / TATs & increase the processing efficiency of the team.
• Run marketing campaigns through mediums like - Online, SMS, Email etc. and develop acquisition focused marketing programs for cross selling Retail Lending products on existing customer base.
• Responsible for the development of all customer related requirement understanding such as Generate market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, market behavior etc.
• Review and suggest cost saving measures so as to be within budgets on the Product P&L.
• Manage bank level partnerships / strategic alliances for the product in terms of onboarding the partner and review the portfolio performance under the partnership.
• Manage the govt sponsored schemes / subsidy management on the eligible portfolio
