Job Description br>br>Highlights Proven track record of handling various responsibilities as a Product Manager, Solution Consultant, by providing business strategy and technical expertise in selecting, implementing, and developing competitive product, services, and solutions targeting seniorlevel assignments with a reputed organization.br>br>Job Description br> Should have a proven track record of more than 12 years in core banking product management
Define & execute the product strategy, roadmap
br> Coordination with sales teams and PreSales support on Product Opportunities in the market
Chart out product innovation and manage Industry Relations for the Product (Analysts, Forums, Standards Body)
Articulate Amplify Product Brand in the wider Industry
br> Retail Core Banking specifically expertise in CASA, Loans, Deposits., GL, Accounting, Branch banking, Investments etc
Exposure to Digital banking front end and Omnichannel banking is an added advantage
br> India specific exposure such as Regulatory risk management & Risk assessment, UPI and CTS and RBI report desirable
Specific payment systems across various international geographic regions such as SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, Fedwire, CHIPS FASTER payment is needed.br>br> Should have a good understanding of different systems for various banking products (Ecosystem) in the banking domain
Should have played a client facing role with experience in user discussions and requirement documentations
Should have through knowledge of SDLC process both Waterfall & Agile methods
PSPO or CSPO certification desired.br>br> Should also be capable of analyzing market requirements, Central bank guidelines and deduce the same into requirements and expand them into user stories.br>br> Additional experience with Core Banking across MEA (Islamic Banking) & US region will be an added advantage
Having worked in atleast one Core Banking Product(s) is necessary.br>br>Requirements br>br> Defined clear Product Roadmap and consistently took on seemingly insurmountable growth & profit challenges.br>br> Able to lead the full Product Lifecycle Management from Conceptualization, Requirement Analysis FRS, Epics, SRS, Writing User Stories, FPS Estimation, Design Review Functional Testing & Sign offs & Marketing collateral Preparation.br>br> Defined Product Backlogs & Elaborated prioritized the user stories.br>br> Developed strategy for Digital only banks who aspire to serve customers
