Responsibilities:
1. Develop and drive the product roadmap for our educational products, ensuring alignment with project goals.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies in the education sector.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.
4. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on strategies to improve product performance.
5. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure product satisfaction.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the education sector, and incorporate relevant insights into product planning and execution.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Education) required; advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles within the education domain, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
· Strong understanding of educational technologies, digital learning platforms, and instructional design principles.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
