Product Manager Business Banking Assets Working Capital TPP
Job Description
• Responsible for revenue generation and portfolio penetration of KLI and KGI products for all businesses under BBA such as Working Capital, Small Business Enterprise, Business Loans, Healthcare Finance, Supply Chain Finance
• Own process and product development for these products
• Competition tracking and provide inputs on process improvements
• Manage Training requirements of business teams and ensure teams are aware of products, processes, new changes etc.
• Coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of dependent activities
• Responsible for timely response on resolving client as well as internal queries / complaints
• Preparing volume/revenue/penetration data reports
• Closely monitor and drive teams to achieve monthly budgets
• Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes
• Share rapport with other operating units to customize and develop solutions
• Work closely with; & manage expectations of; multiple stakeholders like Business, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Design, Technology, Program, and External vendors
• Preparing short-term and long-term roadmaps of the products/features
• Define KPIs and set up benchmarks, to measure the performance of the product
• The candidate should have an analytical mindset who should be able to use data at ease – in finding hidden patterns and for understanding user behavior
• Our candidate is the one who is extremely passionate about making his/her product a success – both internally and externally
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in owning complete product cycle – having taken multiple products from ideation to launch stage as well as driving business along with on-ground team in achieving budgeted numbers
• Past experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance and/or General Insurance is an add-on but not mandatory
Requirements Job Requirements
• Preferably MBA/ CA
• Experience: 3-4 years’ experience on business side, preferably with some background in cross selling of insurance products.
• Knowledge of Portfolio Risk and Credit is a bonus
• Strong oral and written Communication
• Relationship Management Skill
• Good influencing skills

• The candidate would need to handle Product and business for a gamut of products under TPP such as Life Insurance, General Insurance
