Job Description– Product Management Office – Executive Finance
AudiTree is seeking a motivated, proactive, confident individual who has extremely good communication skills to join our team as an Executive Finance at the Product Management Office for one of our clients. The role will involve helping AudiTree help their clients to realize their vision of being an end-to-end provider of software solutions as a service.
While every day would look different with this position, here are a few things you can expect from this exciting opportunity:
Product Exploration
● Understand the industry in which the client operates.
● Understand the product offerings and detailed finance and accounting features
● Collaborate closely with customers and prospects to understand needs and priorities and help the developer team to incorporate related features into the products
Product Success
● Deliver internal and external demos for the customer success team and customers/prospects to explain new features
● Function as a product expert externally and internally in support of sales activities.
● Additionally, may be called on to assist with client demos, implementation or issues as needed
Required qualifications/experience:
● Master’s degree in business administration with specialization in Finance (MBA - Finance)
● 1-2 years of experience as a customer support executive, working in a client facing role.
● Experience of participating in client on-boarding and ongoing support activities.
● Experience of demonstrating features and products to both internal & external stakeholders
Required skills:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to visualize and explain complicated concepts in simple terms
● Analytical mindset and attention to detail- ability to understand and communicate customers’ business requirements to the developer team, with the necessary level of detail
● Initiative-taking with a keen interest and curiosity in the customers business and the products features and specifications.
● Critical thinking, continuous improvement mentality and independent motivation
● Strong presentation skills with the ability to converse on video calls with customers from across the globe.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
