What will you do?HiBob’s best-in-class product is expanding its offering to include domestic payroll processing in the United Kingdom and the United States. The Product Lead for UK Payroll will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategy of our UK Payroll offering. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for the following:Lead and mentor the UK Payroll Product Management Team and ensure that the team is aligned with the overall product vision and business goals.Serve as a key decision-maker in managing the product roadmap and in defining the vision for the UK Payroll offering.Developing and implementing processes and systems, identifying the highest value drivers to increase productivity, and strive to find the right balance between high quality and fast iteration.Foster a collaborative work environment across multiple teams, including Engineering, Product Design, Sales, and Client Success throughout the software development lifecycle.Foster a strong feedback culture, where all team members are encouraged to challenge and be challenged on their opinions and beliefs in order to always optimise for the best possible outcome.Analysing market trends to determine prioritisation of the product roadmap and long term vision.Tracking success metrics of each project to determine company and client impact
