Job Description
Are you passionate about how good design can transform products and build a superlative user experience? Do you obsess over and influence people on improving the end-to-end customer experience? In this role, you will work with a team of fellow designers, product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders to help build and improve products for our customers.
What you’ll do
• Design user-centered experiences for our customers, employees, and partners.
• Interpret quantitative and qualitative behavioral data as well as competitive analysis for insights into design solutions.
• Design the information architecture, aesthetic look, and feel, interaction design, and experience flows for elements of user experiences throughout the product lifecycle using sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Do user research to generate insights that feed into the product roadmap.
• Communicate your ideas and solutions to PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
We need someone who is
• 1 - 5yrs of product design experience, who worked on B2C and an agile development environment across desktop and mobile products.
• Emphatic: Understands users, behaviors, and motivations.
• Logical Thinker: Can break complex problems into logical and solvable components.
• Passionate about User-Centric Design: Dedicated to the cause of creating a high-quality user-centered experience.
• Curious and wide-eyed: Keeps up with the latest product and design trends.
• Have a good experience with Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Principle, Flinto & Adobe Creative Suit.
And is an expert in
• Creating user stories: Creating personas, crafting meaningful user stories and tasks to design effective interactions
• Creating clean interactions: Creating intuitive interactions according to design trends.
• Establishing strong Information Architecture: Logically thinking through the structure and defining the level of information and navigation.
• Usability Testing: Conducting usability testing to determine effectiveness.
• Creating sketches, wireframes, navigation flow charts, mock-ups, and interactive prototype
