Educational QualificationsEngineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Post Graduate in Design/Electrical/Wiring HarnessSkill Requirements3-6 years of overall industry experience2-4 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design & DevelopmentUnderstanding of functioning of various control systems, ECUs, Electrical- Electronic functions inside the Passenger cars.Technical expertise in Wiring Harness design, Connector, electrification, DMU, packaging, and related Engineering requirements.Know how of vehicle Schematics development. Basic Understanding of Product development process & Project timelines Experience of handling field issues, idea generation & problem solving.Strong inter-personal skills to work effectively with Suppliers & cross functional teams across the globe.Strong in technical Decision-making.Awareness of future technological advancement in Wiring Harness development such as Battery, High Voltage will be an added advantage.German language skills & global project experience is an added advantageExperience of working on MB norms, standards & processes will be an added advantageAdditional Advantage: CAD Tool: Unigraphics NX, Ldorado, E3-Cable, PREEVisionAwareness of PLM systems.
