Job Description
About Company:
Bulk MRO is building a full-stack technology platform to become the one-stop solution for all supply chain procurement needs of our customers and suppliers. We have embarked on an exciting journey to disrupt the supply chain globally.
About the Internship:
A track record in strategic indirect procurement and experience in indirect sourcing is required. Customer service and client-facing experience are also essential.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on being an integral part of our procurement center of excellence
2. Demonstrating strong sourcing/procurement capabilities with expertise in various indirect procurement categories such as safety, PPE, fasteners, hand tools, motors, hydraulics, office supplies, etc.
3. Establishing and maintaining CXO and senior leadership level relationships with OEMs/brands in different indirect procurement categories
4. Generating and developing relationships with suppliers, including OEMs, distributors, and dealers, and negotiating the best rates/discount structures to maximize margins on client orders
5. Ensuring strict compliance with SOPs and internal technology infrastructure, and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations
Your growth will result in:
1. Gaining experience in an enterprise procurement function within Indirect/MRO categories
2. Developing strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and dealers across indirect/MRO categories
3. Demonstrating strong negotiation skills with suppliers/vendors and clients to maximize margins
4. Showcasing excellent client service skills and a commitment to delivering a flawless client experience
5. Displaying a self-starter and go-getter attitude with a passion for disrupting an industry and building things from scratch
6. Demonstrating a high bias for action and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to deliver results

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

10. Education: Engineering/Diploma/Business graduate
