This position is responsible for managing all Service Related Activites raised by internal stakeholders. Candidate is required to understand the service request raised & get it processed withour any errors and within the stipulated TAT. The position requires very good analytical skills and understanding to the process as well as system for correct and timely catering the request
Roles Responsibilities:
• Managing the team for processing the Service Request within the stipulated TAT with Nil Errors
• Preperation and Circulation of Internal Servicing MIS.
• Excellent knowledge of processes and systems for Business Banking functions with prior related experience of at least 3 years.
• Have a sense of Time Management Skills which will enhance the Team management art
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate
