Role / Responsibility:
Handling Medical health insurance claims like paid/unpaid and denials.Handling patients billing queries and updating their account information in software.Clearly communicate issues with the Revenue Cycle Management teamInteract with the US-based insurance carriers toFollow-up on unpaid claims, delayed processing, and underpaymentCommunicates directly with client and/or client manager requests.
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Graduates, Post Graduates or Diploma
Candidates should be open for both Day/Night shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In
Salary: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
