Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through calls, virtual meetings, and referrals
Educate clients on wealth-building strategies, financial protection, and long-term planning
Guide clients through personalized financial solutions based on their goals
Follow a structured, proven sales system to lead conversations and close business
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Track performance and continuously improve results
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a high level of discipline
Coachable and open to proven mentorship and guidance
Goal-oriented with a desire to grow personally and professionally
Sales experience is an asset, but not required
