Job Description
We are hiring freshers for various roles in a private bank in Lucknow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the banking sector. Key Responsibilities
• * Assist customers with their banking needs, including account opening, deposits, and withdrawals.
• * Provide information on bank products such as loans, credit cards, and savings schemes.
• * Maintain customer records and update details in the banking system.
• * Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in daily banking operations.
• * Support the sales team in promoting banking services and financial products.
• * Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• * Follow banking policies and maintain compliance with regulations.
• * Assist senior bank staff in daily operations and branch activities.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.)
• * Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Banking Software, Email Handling)
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English
• * Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• * Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial services (preferred)
• * Ability to work in a team and handle transactions efficiently
• Experience
• * Freshers are welcome – No prior banking experience required.
• * Candidates with internship experience in finance or customer service will be given preference.
• Working Hours
• * Full-Time Job (Monday to Saturday)
• * Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Timings may vary based on the banks schedule)

• * Strong numerical skills for handling cash transactions.
• * Good analytical skills for understanding customer needs.
