Job Description:Job Tittle : Principal - QA EngineeringThe Purpose of This RoleAs the Principal Quality Engineer, you blend deep Fidelity Health and Quality Engineering knowledge who’s highly motivated Individual contributor with 10+ years of experience in IT Industry and who is capable to develop test automation and is hand on with Software Development Life Cycle processThe successful candidate must possess excellent programming and testing skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have an instinct to take initiative, be a team player, and be versatile in their abilities.The Value You DeliverThe candidate will be helping in achieving the automation goal for organization and making sure that good quality product is delivered to customers by performing functional and automation testing. The candidate will work closely with QE team, Partners, Business analysts & Development teams to Develop, Automate and validate software with high quality.Leads test planning, traceability, and risk-based testing at scale. Design and implement Test data strategy by analyzing requirements and leveraging data mining and data mocking techniques. Hands-on experience in test management lifecycle across various test phases such as health checks, in-sprint automation, regression and smoke tests is required. The aspirant should have experience to define automation architecture and drives adoption of scalable frameworks with expertise in testable architecture, code quality, and automation-first development.The Skills that are key to this Role and Expertise we are looking forExperience in Agile development methodology and Jira toolExperience in testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stackHand-on experience in Test Management lifecycleStrong experience in Test automation design, development and execution using frameworks eg. RestAssured, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, TestNG.Strong proven experience in programming - Java/Springboot. Strong SQL skills are required.
