Marsh Risk is seeking an experienced Principal Broker with a strong background in account management and new business within Property and Casualty Insurance to join our Corporate team. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Principal Broker – Corporate
This role will provide exposure to leading and participating in large new business tenders and proposals, building a network of opportunities, and designing and placing complex insurance programs.
We will count on you to:
Manage an existing portfolio of Corporate clients.
Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion.
On-board new clients and deliver on Marsh’s value proposition with high-quality service.
Build and maintain meaningful senior-level relationships with insurers and key revenue-generating accounts.
Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring strong account retention and defence.
Actively participate in claim-related matters and track new business opportunities.
What you need to have:
7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
Strong market presence within General Insurance.
