Main Responsibilities:

• Teach subjects such as English, Math, EVS, and Hindi to primary grade students, creating an engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
• Plan and deliver lesson plans tailored to young learners, utilizing innovative teaching methods and educational aids to enhance classroom learning.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and an inclusive learning environment, promoting social skills and emotional intelligence in students.
• Conduct assessments and track student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Coordinate with co-teachers and school staff for academic activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Communicate with parents for student progress and feedback, fostering a positive relationship between home and school.

Eligibility Criteria:
"
• Education: D.Ed / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred) with a Graduation (in any stream), demonstrating a strong academic background and commitment to education.
• Experience: 1–5 years preferred, although freshers with strong communication skills can also apply, provided they demonstrate potential and enthusiasm for the role.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of English and local language, enabling effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Location: Open to relocation or willing to work in a local city school, offering flexibility and adaptability.
