Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students.
Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Maintain discipline in the classroom while encouraging participation and creativity.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership for student development.
Organize and participate in school activities, events, and co-curricular programs.
Qualifications (as per CBSE norms):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
B.Ed. or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) .
CTET or State TET qualified teachers will be given preference.
Proficiency in teaching in English medium is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching young learners.
Effective classroom management skills.
Creativity in lesson planning and delivery.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
