About the School

We are currently looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the following positions:
School In-Charge / Academic Coordinator
Primary Teachers (PRT)
Subject Teachers for Middle Classes
English Teacher
Mathematics Teacher
Science Teacher
Social Science Teacher
Hindi Teacher
Computer Teacher
Other subject teachers as required
Responsibilities - Teachers
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
Teach students according to the prescribed curriculum and school academic plan.
Prepare lesson plans, classwork, homework, tests and assessments.
Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support where required.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Encourage students to participate in academic and co-curricular activities.
Maintain regular communication with parents when required.
Participate in school events, meetings and other academic activities.
Maintain appropriate student records and assessment reports.
Responsibilities – School In-Charge / Academic Coordinator
Oversee the day-to-day academic functioning of the school.
Coordinate with teachers and monitor classroom teaching.
Prepare and monitor academic schedules, lesson plans and examinations.
Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Monitor student discipline, attendance and academic performance.
Coordinate with parents and address routine academic concerns.
Ensure implementation of school policies and academic standards.
Support the management in the overall administration and development of the school.
Lead and motivate the teaching team and maintain a professional school environment.
Eligibility
Graduate degree in the relevant subject is preferred.
B.Ed / D.El.Ed / CTET / STET qualification will be an advantage.
Previous school teaching experience is preferred for experienced positions.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge, good communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching are also encouraged to apply.
For the School In-Charge position, prior teaching/academic coordination or school administration experience is preferred.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues are essential.
