Presales Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products and services, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to drive revenue growth by showcasing the value of Salesforce solutions to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and position Salesforce as a solution to address those needs.
• Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design and present customized Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create detailed proposals and RFP responses that outline the scope, timeline, and cost of Salesforce implementations.
• Technical Knowledge: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors in the Salesforce ecosystem and provide insights on how our solutions differentiate from the competition
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and Salesforce representatives.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by addressing client inquiries, objections, and concerns.
• Feedback Loop: Continuously gather client feedback and insights to help improve our services and offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role, preferably in Salesforce consulting or a related industry.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
