Under the direction of the Sous Chef or Manager-on-Duty, the Prep Cook will prep, portion, prepare, and assemble all cold food items (salads, cold appetizers, and hot/cold desserts) offered in the restaurant
The Prep Cook executes all food preparation and procedures to ensure that all food products meet the Ruth's Chris Steak House recipe specifications and quality standards
