Pre-Sales Executive (Kannada Mandatory) (Bengaluru)

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Pre/ Tele Sales Representative to generate qualified leads through tele-calling, follow-ups, networking, and business development activities. The role focuses on building a solid sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and scheduling consultations for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.

- Schedule client consultations/site visits for the sales team.

- Conduct field visits to residential communities, commercial establishments, events, and business hubs for lead generation.

- Build referral networks and identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover.

- Deliver an excellent customer experience during the pre-sales stage.Achieve monthly lead generation and consultation targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate preferred.

- 3–7 years of experience in Tele Sales, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation.

- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Working Schedule

- Working Days: Wednesday to Monday

- Weekly Off: Tuesday

- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Mandatory working days
