Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Political Science lessons for Grades XI and XII.
• Design effective lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Develop critical thinking and analytical skills in students through debates, discussions, and projects.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
• Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and other competitive exams.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to organize academic activities, seminars, and events.
• Participate actively in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development programs.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
• Postgraduate degree (M.A.) in Political Science.
• B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
• Teaching experience at the PGT level, preferably in a reputed CBSE school.
• Strong grasp of the CBSE Political Science syllabus and latest academic trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passion for nurturing students’ academic and personal growth.
