Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a casual Medical Practice Supervisor/Receptionist to join our rapidly growing practice between our two locations of Mt Barker & Balhannah with view to permanent part-time employment.
The successful applicant will need to have supervisory and leadership experience along with motivation and enjoys working in a busy environment.
To oversee administrative and operational aspects of the practice, while also contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the business
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Practice Manager
Human resource management. Including systems, compliance, team building, performance management and training.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of efficient practice management systems and procedures
Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the practice team
The successful applicant will need to have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts over a five day week.
Special requirement: Practice Supervisor/Job Share 2 days/Medical Receptionist 2 days
