Job Description
As our Practice Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the daily operations of our dental practice
Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the dental industry, including management responsibilities
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded)
Strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a busy practice
Confident people leader with the ability to motivate, support, and inspire high-performing teams
Experience supporting local marketing initiatives to drive patient growth and community engagement
Solid business acumen across reception and administrative functions essential to running a successful practice
Demonstrated ability to drive performance, support growth, and maximise profitability
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement effective systems and protocols
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Exceptional attention to detail
Willingness and capability to step into the front desk when needed
