Smile Sensations is a leading general dental and implant clinic with 5 locations around Canberra. We have a fantastic team of dentists, oral health therapists, hygienists, and support staff.
About the Role:
Practice Manager - Full-Time
About You
Sales Guru - must have gift of the gab and consistent high performance
Professional Presentation - you walk the walk, talk the talk, and look the part
Superb Communication - you must be efficient and efficacious
Dedicated, Diligent, and Dependable
Strong IT skills - expert in Excel, Word, Outlook, and more.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Management of staff attendance, performance, and responsibilities
Management of patient experience, and appointment books
Management of clinical and stationary stock
Management of dental provider requests
Management of lab work
Management of rostering
Management of general day-to-day running of the business
Maintaining and reporting on trackers
Reporting KPIs
