Full job description
We are currently looking for an suitably qualified (minimum AAT) or experienced individual to join our friendly accountancy practice as a Practice Manager. This full-time, diverse role could be based in our Evesham or Bromsgrove offices depending upon preference but with a need to travel to our other offices on occasion.

The role involves assisting Directors with the day to day management of the practice including; overseeing the bookkeeping timely management accounts, negotiating with suppliers, assisting with the firm's AML compliance, payroll for all offices and some HR activities along with some debt collecting and other ad hoc admin duties. Previous bookkeeping payroll experience is advantageous and experience of using Sage Payroll would be useful. Experience of working in an accountancy practice would be ideal but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be organised, friendly and proactive and will be confident in dealing with a wide variety of people. They should have a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and be proficient in using a computer.
