Job Description
Location - Onsite (Pune) - 6th Floor unit 615 Clover hill Plaza, NIBM road, Mohammad Wadi, Hadapsar Pune 411048
Shift Time: 2 pm to 10 pm IST
Experience - Minimum 3 years
Flynaut, a leading digital agency, is looking for a passionate and experienced PPC Expert to join our fast-growing team of digital marketing professionals. With a minimum of 3 years of industry experience, the ideal candidate will possess the skills and expertise to develop, optimize, and manage pay-per-click campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and continued growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions
2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for bidding and campaign optimization
3. Perform A/B testing and ongoing optimization of ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions and adjustments
5. Develop and implement optimization strategies to maximize ad spend while minimizing cost per click and maintaining targeted conversion rates
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and social media to create and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets as needed
7. Present regular reports and insights to management and clients, showcasing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative solutions and ensure cutting-edge results for our clients
Job Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years of PPC experience, preferably in an agency environment
2. Proven expertise in managing successful PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads platforms
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights
4. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Microsoft Advertising Editor
5. Working knowledge of A/B testing principles and best practices
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
7. A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
8. Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certifications are a plus
