Power Platform Admin
Job Description
The Power Platform Administrator will be responsible for the administration, management, and maintenance of the Power Platform environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Environment Management: Create, manage, and delete environments as needed to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Data Security: Implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• User and Role Management: Manage users, roles, capacity, and licensing for the Power Platform, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient resource allocation.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resources to maintain high levels of productivity.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the environment and solutions, facilitating easy knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Support and Guidance: Provide daily production system support, user support, and guidance on best practices to ensure smooth operations.
• Policymaking: Develop and enforce key Power Platform policies and procedures, including security, governance, and compliance policies, to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with Microsoft releases and new functionality, identifying opportunities to leverage new features within the business to drive innovation and growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365 Admin certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
